Biographical Sketch

As a General Motors senior executive, Luscomb had product line responsibility for Cadillac Eldorado and Seville car lines. He developed and implemented concepts that led to winning the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Earlier responsibilities included manufacturing plant management and manufacturing engineering management. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an S.M. in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
