Biographical Sketch
Rushwin has held multiple executive positions at Ford, including VP, North American Business Operations; VP, Vehicle Operations; and VP, Advanced Manufacturing. In 2001, Rushwin received the Manufacturing Leader of the Year Award from the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Engineering Society of Detroit. Rushwin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Youngstown University in Ohio and is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Executive Development Program.
